At Bleau Labs LLC (“Bleau Labs,” “we,” “us”), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use Mochivia (the “Service”), including our website, mobile applications, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information. Name, email address, and profile information you provide when creating an account.
Usage Data. Your learning progress, course interactions, quiz responses, and AI conversation history used to personalize your experience.
Device Data. Device type, operating system and version, IP address, browser type, push notification tokens, and app usage statistics. On iOS, authentication tokens are stored securely in the device Keychain.

3. Third-Party Services
AI Providers. Learning prompts and interactions are processed by OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google to generate educational content. See Section 4 for details on AI data processing.
Payment Processors. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. iOS subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not store or have access to full payment card numbers.
We also work with third-party service providers for authentication, cloud infrastructure, error monitoring, analytics, email delivery, and push notifications. These providers process only the data necessary for their function under contractual privacy obligations.
4. AI Processing Disclosure
User prompts and interactions may be processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) to generate educational content. These providers process data under their API terms of service, which prohibit using API inputs and outputs for model training. We do not send personal account information (name, email) to AI providers — only learning-related prompts and context necessary for content generation.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:
Service Providers. With the third-party services listed above, under contractual obligations to protect your data and use it only for the specified purpose.
Legal Requirements. When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at privacy@bleaulabs.com.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@bleaulabs.com and we will promptly delete the information.
10. Cookies & Similar Technologies
Cookies and similar technologies may be used on the web version of the Service to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. The iOS app does not use cookies.
11. International Data Processing
Your information may be processed in countries outside your place of residence, including the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States, where our servers and service providers are located.
12. Push Notifications
With your permission, we may send push notifications including daily learning reminders and lesson updates. You can manage or disable notifications at any time through your device settings or in-app preferences. We store device tokens solely for delivering notifications and do not share them with third parties beyond Apple's push notification service (APNs).
13. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under this policy are subject to the dispute resolution and venue provisions in our Terms of Service.
14. Policy Updates
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
